Our urologists are trained in advanced robotic surgery techniques, allowing for minimally invasive procedures and faster recovery times for patients.
Prostate cancer screening can help detect cancer early on, when it's most treatable. Our practice offers advanced screening options, including PSA blood tests and MRI scans.
Prostate cancer treatment depends on the stage, aggressiveness, and overall health of the patient.
1. Localized prostate cancer, active surveillance or watchful waiting, Laparoscopic and Robotic Radical Prostatectomy, and radiation therapy.
2. Metastatic prostate cancer: Hormone therapy, systemic therapy, chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
Kidney cancer evaluation involves a combination of imaging tests, blood work, and biopsy to determine the presence, size, and spread of the tumor. Ultrasound, CT scans, and MRI are commonly used to detect and assess kidney tumors, while a renal biopsy may be performed in select cases to confirm malignancy. Laparoscopic and robotic surgeries are minimally invasive methods to treat kindye cancer with less blood loss, less pain and minimal stay.
Bladder cancer treatment depends on the stage, grade, and overall health of the patient.
For non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC), treatment typically involves transurethral resection of the bladder tumor (TURBT), followed by intravesical therapy using Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) or chemotherapy to prevent recurrence.
In muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) Radical Cystectomy (surgical removal of the bladder) along with chemotherapy is an option.
Testicular cancer primarily affects younger men (15-40 years) and is highly treatable, especially when detected early. Diagnosis involves scrotal ultrasound, tumor markers (AFP, hCG, LDH), and imaging tests. Treatment includes radical inguinal orchiectomy (surgical removal of the affected testicle), with chemotherapy or radiation therapy for advanced cases.
Early-stage penile cancer can be treated with topical therapy, laser ablation, or partial penectomy, while advanced cases may require total penectomy and lymph node dissection. Radiation therapy, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy may be used for metastatic disease. Early detection and HPV vaccination play crucial roles in prevention and improving outcomes.
